We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us. If you complete a form on this website or email us, we collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number where provided, and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you visit this website. Our website is hosted on Framer, which collects standard technical information including IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general usage patterns.

When you book a call. Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email address and the time you select.

We do not collect special category data through this website, and we do not ask you to create an account.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and arrange a call, and to send you information about the specific service you asked about. Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you made to us.

We keep records of enquiries and correspondence, also on the basis of legitimate interests, so that we can run and where necessary defend our business.

Where we are delivering services to you, our lawful basis is performance of a contract.

Where we are required to retain records for accounting, tax or other legal reasons, our lawful basis is legal obligation.

We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We do not use your contact details to make automated or AI-generated outbound calls.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months from last contact

  • Client records: for the duration of our relationship and 6 years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal requirements

  • Website analytics: as retained by our hosting provider

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They process information on our instructions only:

  • Framer for website hosting

  • Calendly for call scheduling

  • Private Email for email and document storage

  • Google Workspace for enquiry and client records

Where we deliver client projects, we work with a small number of contracted developers. See section 6.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of the developers we work with are based outside the United Kingdom, including in Australia, India, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

We restrict what those developers can access. They work with system structure, configuration and test data. We do not give them access to live personal data unless the safeguards required by the UK GDPR are in place for that transfer, and we tell clients which countries their data will be processed in before any work begins.

All developers we work with are engaged under written confidentiality agreements.

Information submitted through this website is held in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area and is not transferred to our development partners.

Where we act as a processor for a client, we do not engage a sub-processor without that client's authorisation.

You can request details of the arrangements that apply to a specific transfer by contacting us.

7. Security

We use access controls, multi-factor authentication and encryption in transit on the systems we operate. Client systems are built within the client's own accounts and infrastructure wherever possible, so client data remains under the client's control.

No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to individuals, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and, where required, notify those affected.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Be told what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it

  • Have inaccurate information corrected

  • Ask us to delete your information

  • Ask us to restrict how we use it

  • Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests

  • Receive your data in a portable format

  • Withdraw consent, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these, email yusuf@streemline.ai. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Cookies

This website uses Framer's built-in analytics, which does not use cookies and does not create persistent identifiers about you. It counts visits by hashing IP address and browser information with a secret that is regenerated and deleted daily.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, so there is no cookie banner on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
