• A 50 percent deposit due at the start of the project

• The remaining 50 percent due upon project completion

• Ongoing monthly fees billed in arrears with a six-month minimum commitment for support and refinement

We do not charge interest on late payments. However, persistent delays in payment may result in a pause in service delivery.



6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared with us during the course of our work. Any personal, commercial, or proprietary information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Information submitted through our website contact forms is also treated as confidential. By providing your details, you consent to an outbound call being made by one of our AI Voice Agents for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This processing is carried out under the lawful basis of consent and, where applicable, legitimate interest under UK data protection law.

All personal data is handled securely, used only for the purposes agreed, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless legally required.



7. Termination

Either party may terminate an active agreement with written notice.
If you choose to terminate before project completion, you will be responsible for any work completed and associated costs up to that date.

Streemline AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of a material breach of these Terms.



8. Limitation of Liability

Streemline AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the services directly related to the claim.



9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.



10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
